FaithVerse Returns & Refund Policy

At FaithVerse, we are committed to providing high-quality streetwear rooted in purpose. Please read our policy carefully before purchasing.

1. THE 30-DAY WINDOW We offer a 30-day return window from the date of delivery. To be eligible, your item must be in original condition: unworn, unwashed, and undamaged, with all original tags and packaging intact.

2. FINAL SALE ITEMS Items purchased during promotional sales or "Limited Drop" events are considered Final Sale and are not eligible for returns unless defective.

3. DEFECTIVE OR DAMAGED GOODS If your order arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect, please email info@faithverse.com within 5 days of delivery with clear photos of the issue. Once approved, we will provide a pre-paid return label and issue a full refund or replacement.

4. REFUNDS Once your return is received and inspected, refunds are processed back to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
