FaithVerse Shipping Policy

1. PROCESSING TIMES Most orders for Collection 001 The Beginning are processed within 3 to 5 business days. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order leaves our facility.

2. SHIPPING ESTIMATES Standard Domestic Shipping takes 7 to 10 business days. International Shipping takes 10 to 21 business days depending on location. Note that customs duties and taxes are the responsibility of the customer.

3. LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES FaithVerse is not responsible for packages marked as Delivered by the carrier that are lost or stolen. We recommend shipping to a secure location.
